Diction. Not grammar. Which is itself an issue of diction. This whole thing rubs me the wrong way though - it’s more an indication that diction is a class marker than anything else.
People who search things like in the bottom half of the image are the kind of people who hate “rap music” and sigh with relief looking at fucking Thomas Kincaid pictures
The second list also looks like people searching for answers to college application essays. If you’re frankly searching for “how to impact the course of history,” I’d probably like somebody to keep an eye on you.
